Now that you
have had a
"breather",
hole number
12 presents
itself as
a beautiful
golf hole
and a true
test of the
game. Three
tees fitted
around a large
deciduous
tree site
atop a hill
and overlook
the first
landing area.
The hole plays
as a long
par four over
a steep bally
to the landing
area guarded
by the sand
on both sides.
The Tamarack
swamp defines
the western
side of the
hole as it
doglegs to
the right.
From the landing
area a long
iron shot
will be necessary
into a rolling
green guard
with sand
bunkers in
the front
corners and
flowing mound
work in the
rear. For
the outdoor
people, keep
your eyes
focused to
the west as
there have
been elk sited
in the Tamarack
swamp.
